Our congratulations to the new European champion David Zurbrügg from Switzerland on winning the title (ESPL Expert Unlimited).
His Volkswagen Golf I is equipped with 4 SONIC-15 units and the matching number of D-REX/2500:
a real dream team for maximum sound pressures proved by the highest SPL reached in this class (152 dB with music).
The CARPOWER products also proved successful in the highest amateur class (ESPL Amateur 8 Woofer) of the European Mobile
Media Association (EMMA). In this class, Björn Whistling from Germany with his RAPTORs came second in the European championship.
He also reached the highest SPL measured in his class and was only defeated in the mounting quality by a narrow margin.
After titles and second places were already reached for vehicles
with CARPOWER equipment at the German EMMA championship in September in Berlin,
the European championship of the largest European car audio association can be considered as the highlight of the season for CARPOWER.
